A foreign woman from Ireland was molested

Rishikesh. A case of molestation of a woman who had come from Ireland to visit Laxman Jhula on Janmashtami has come to light. On receiving the complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused and started their investigation. The police claim that the accused will be arrested soon.

According to the Laxman Jhula police station, a woman from Ireland informed the police that she came to roam with her friends on Janmashtami and is staying in an ashram under the police station area. In the afternoon, a young man first looked at her with bad intentions and then suddenly started molesting her. Somehow she escaped from the clutches of the young man and reached her friends. After giving information to them, the police was called on the spot. After interrogation, the police took a written complaint in the matter and registered a case against the accused. Laxman Jhula police station in-charge inspector Ravi Saini said that the accused has been identified as Yugveer Singh resident Kimsar Yamkeshwar district Pauri Garhwal. The police have started their investigation and started efforts to arrest the accused. Soon the accused will be arrested and presented in the court.
